All other necessary data is provided directly by the school district. The App is not available for public use.

2. How Information Is Collected

User Input: Drivers may manually enter certain data such as phone numbers.

Device Sensors: GPS data is automatically collected from the device to enable route navigation and location tracking.

3. Purpose of Data Collection

We collect and use data for the following purposes:

Managing driver accounts

We use Google Firebase for backend services such as authentication, data storage, and performance monitoring. Firebase may collect basic usage data as outlined in their privacy policy.

We do not sell or share your data with third parties for marketing or unrelated purposes. All data is stored and processed on behalf of the respective school districts.

Data is securely stored on our servers located in the United States. Data is retained indefinitely unless the school district requests deletion.

9. Children’s Privacy

SafeDriverPlus does not directly collect personal information from children under 13 or 16. All student data is handled solely by the school district and accessed through authorized personnel only.
