We collect the following information solely for the purpose of providing services to school districts:
GPS Location: Real-time location data is collected from the device to track school bus routes.
Phone Number: Drivers may voluntarily provide a phone number for prompt communication.
Student Attendance Data: Attendance tracking is performed based on route activity, as defined by the school district.
All other necessary data is provided directly by the school district. The App is not available for public use.
We collect data through:
User Input: Drivers may manually enter certain data such as phone numbers.
Device Sensors: GPS data is automatically collected from the device to enable route navigation and location tracking.
We collect and use data for the following purposes:
Managing driver accounts
Enabling real-time route tracking
Supporting student attendance recording

We use Google Firebase for backend services such as authentication, data storage, and performance monitoring. Firebase may collect basic usage data as outlined in their privacy policy.
We do not sell or share your data with third parties for marketing or unrelated purposes. All data is stored and processed on behalf of the respective school districts.
Data is securely stored on our servers located in the United States. Data is retained indefinitely unless the school district requests deletion.

Authentication for administrative use Only authorized school district administrators can view or manage user data.
Drivers and administrators can:
Access or update information through the school district's data system
Request deletion of data via the district administration
Opt out of communications or GPS tracking by adjusting settings or contacting their district administrator
SafeDriverPlus does not directly collect personal information from children under 13 or 16. All student data is handled solely by the school district and accessed through authorized personnel only.
